At Juice Se Lavi, our subscription and recurring order options are designed to keep you consistently stocked with fresh, nutrient-rich juices. Because our products are made fresh to order, we require advance notice for any changes.


🔄 Managing Your Subscription

Customers may:

  • Skip a delivery
  • Pause a subscription
  • Update products or quantities
  • Cancel their subscription

All changes must be made through your customer account portal or by contacting us at:

⏳ Cancellation Deadline

To cancel or modify an upcoming order, requests must be made at least:

48 hours before your next billing date

Once an order has been processed or charged, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


💳 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected delivery frequency
  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Juice Se Lavi to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Failed payments may result in skipped or delayed orders

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your subscription order is processed:

  • It enters production immediately
  • Ingredients are allocated and juices are prepared fresh

For this reason, we cannot cancel or refund processed orders


🚫 No Returns or Refunds

All subscription orders follow our No Returns Policy due to the perishable nature of our products.


⚠️ Responsibility to Manage Subscription

Customers are responsible for:

  • Keeping billing and shipping information up to date
  • Managing their subscription schedule

Juice Se Lavi is not responsible for orders processed due to missed cancellation deadlines.
